Meet the Team

Lisa has been part of Drivers Plus since May 2014 and stepped into the Managing Director role in 2025. While she runs the day-to-day and the behind-the-scenes, she’s still very much hands-on, staying involved in account management and bookings and always ready to help out. A big believer in clear communication and a team that works closely together, Lisa understands that supported staff lead to stronger client relationships and better opportunities for drivers.

Neve has been with Drivers Plus for five years and is always looking for better ways to support her clients. She regularly checks in, carries out client visits and works closely with businesses to make sure bookings run smoothly. Neve completed her Level 3 Recruitment qualification to deepen her industry knowledge and improve the service she provides. She believes it’s simple; happy clients lead to happy drivers.

Mark brings over 30 years of HGV driving experience to his role as Compliance Lead, having started his career on the road before moving into the office. He makes sure all business and compliance documents are accurate and kept fully up to date, and is a trusted source of advice whenever the team needs driver insight — because he’s been there and understands it first-hand. Known for his traditional approach (often with a little black folder close by), Mark keeps everything in order and the office running smoothly. He also makes sure there’s always a cup of tea on the go, proving that while compliance is serious business, looking after the team matters too.

Jess keeps everything organised as Driver Coordinator, managing driver availability, holidays and keeping systems up to date. Driver welfare is a key priority, and she regularly checks in with drivers to support them and resolve any issues. Jess also manages a number of client bookings, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Known for her consistency and attention to detail, she makes sure nothing is missed and always puts drivers first.

Angela has been part of Drivers Plus for over 20 years and leads our payroll, making sure everyone is paid accurately and on time. Calm, kind and incredibly thorough, she brings consistency and care to every pay run. Angela is passionate about keeping payroll simple, transparent and fair for our drivers, with straightforward PAYE pay and no umbrella companies involved — just doing things properly.

Aaron oversees all recruitment at Drivers Plus, from advertising and screening to onboarding and compliance. He makes sure all driver licences and documents are kept up to date and keeps drivers informed about CPCs, medicals and any other requirements they need along the way. Aaron started his career with Drivers Plus as an apprentice recruiter, and we’ve watched him grow both personally and professionally, going on to complete his REC Level 3 qualification. With a real eye for selecting the right drivers, Aaron believes in quality over quantity and has shaped an onboarding process that gives every new starter the best possible start.

Jeanette has been part of Drivers Plus for over nine years and is well known for building strong new relationships and truly understanding her clients’ needs — often before they do. With a long background in transport and connections across multiple sectors, she brings valuable insight and experience to every conversation. Warm, caring and approachable, Jeanette is passionate about creating a steady flow of work and offering a variety of roles to make sure drivers are never left without opportunities.
